All consultations require a non refundable consultation fee. This fee will be applied and deducted from the final project total if services are approved and we move forward. Consultation fees are forfeited in the event of a missed or canceled appointment without prior notice.

All consultations are conducted via phone or video call and are required to confirm project scope, service alignment, and accurate pricing. Completion of a consultation is mandatory prior to confirming any in person bookings.

ExM Music Production, LLC is happy to travel to your preferred location. All travel fees are separate from service pricing and must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Local travel within a 30 mile radius includes a flat travel fee of $100 to account for transportation costs and time. Travel beyond this range or outside the state will be quoted and approved prior to service confirmation. All out of state travel fees must be paid in full before departure.

Travel fees are non refundable once travel has been scheduled.

No. ExM Music Production is a mobile and remote service provider and does not accept walk-ins. All in-person services are available by appointment only. For clients located in Washington State, select in-person locations may be provided based on project needs and availability, and must be scheduled in advance.
